A YOTSUYA is Japan's first shared office where you can choose your room based on the theme of art. The exterior and part of the interior are made of genuine red bricks imported from England, and the walls of the 22 office rooms are decorated with artwork created by 10 up-and-coming Japanese artists. In addition to the private offices, a spacious lounge in the center of each floor and an open-air rooftop balcony are available as work spaces for a change of pace. In addition, as a unique service, coffee brewed with authentic equipment will be provided free of charge in cooperation with the management company that operates the Brooklyn Roasting Company café in Japan. All expenses, including utilities, room cleaning, and restoration costs, are included in the facility usage fee, allowing you to use the full range of services in comfort.
