As the base of “WORK”, they emphasize "OPENNESS"—a space where companies and people can connect freely without barriers—and "WELLNESS"—supporting well-being with a healthy mind and body. They provide a thoughtfully designed environment, both in physical space and services, to support these values.

(2) The beverage dispensers offer free drip coffee as well as health-conscious beverages.

Contract Plans

⚫︎ Room Plan
This plan can be used according to the purpose and number of people. It is a dedicated office equipped with desks and chairs and can be used as a main office for a sole proprietor or company, or as a satellite office. The lounge in the exclusive area is also available for use.

⚫︎ Desk Plan
This plan offers dedicated seats for one person. All seats are equipped with lockers for easy luggage management. Since you can use the address and make a company registration without renting a room, this plan is recommended for sole proprietors, start-ups, and new business ventures. You can also freely use the lounge in the exclusive area.

⚫︎ Address Plan
This plan allows you to use an address for corporate and commercial registration without leasing a physical private room. You can also freely work or relax in an open area equipped with power outlets at every seat and wireless LAN. Additionally, it includes a mailbox for receiveing mail.

⚫︎ Master Plan
This plan allows you to freely use all WAW locations. Recommended for those who often go on business trips or travel outside the office, since you can work or take a break during your open time.

⚫︎Share Plan
This plan allows casual use of an open area with all seats equipped with a power outlets and wireless LAN. This plan can be used by individuals as well as corporations as a telecommuting facility.

⚫︎ Light Plan
This plan allows you to use open areas on weekday evenings and early mornings, as well as on weekends and holidays.

⚫︎ Drop-in Plan
This plan allows you to use the open area excluding the meeting room for one hour or the entire day. Recommended for short-term use or one-day experience.

⚫︎ Meeting Room Use
This plan allows you to use a meeting room for 6 or 8 persons upon advance reservation. Monitors and whiteboards are available in the rooms.

◆WAW Akasaka

WAW Akasaka is a 4-minute walk from Roppongi-Itchome Station, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line and a 4-minute walk from Tameike-sanno Station, Tokyo Metro Namboku Line, and is located in Akasaka, which has a long history as a place for international communication. The facility features three private offices designed for around 20 people, ensuring a secure environment. In the center of the office, there is a flexible desk area where users can choose their seating style. The open area includes a variety of seating options, such as sofas and desks, making it ideal for use as a business base during business trips or for remote work. Additionally, the space is surrounded by windows on three sides, allowing natural light to create a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

The facility is conveniently located just a minute's walk from Nihombashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza and Tozai Lines and Toei Subway Asakusa Line.
